Expanded Language Coverage

Chart Learning Solutions’ popular Coaching and Mentoring series is now available in Spanish and French.
Human Logic has added nine courses in Arabic. Topics include managing conflict, team development, and a series about Islamic finance.
iAM Learning now offers engaging Phishing and Email Security courses in German, Spanish, Italian, French, and Dutch.
Marcom has an updated Workplace Security course in Spanish. It is available as a 30-minute bundle or segmented into 3-minute micro-learning experiences. They also have a new Industrial Hygiene series available in Spanish.

Sales and Customer Service

Cultivate Advisors released a new comprehensive course called Prescriptive Selling.

What is Shannon’s Favorite Course?

Around the world, September is recognized as Mental Health Awareness or Suicide Prevention Month. We have several providers who create courses around these topics. As a manager, I wanted to find a course that would help me better support my employees who may be struggling with their mental health. I spent some time taking Mental Health Awareness for Managers by The Mental Health Project. This course offered a great overview of mental health and things I can do as a manager to help my employees. Even for experienced managers, this course is a great refresher on how to support our employees.
