What courses am I taking right now?
May is Mental Health Awareness Month in the US and UK, so I've been curating playlists to help our customers have a better understanding and awareness of mental health in the workplace. Exploring mental health, how we take care of ourselves, and how we take care of others is so important and we have great content to assist our customers in building a better place to work. Beyond Blue's Introduction to Mental Health is a good place to start, as it talks about removing the stigma and how to set boundaries to ensure your own mental health, as well as talks about what companies can do to support their employees.
